For three decades, Shane Pickett has established himself as one of the foremost Nyoongar artists working in Australia. Indigenart, The Mossenson Galleries are proud to present Meeyakba, a new exhibition from one of Australia’s most accomplished contemporary Indigenous artists.

Featuring a vibrant body of works that deepen Shane’s explorations of Nyoongar landscape and spirituality, they confirm his reputation as one of Australia’s most exciting contemporary artists.

The exhibition will be opened at 6pm on Wednesday 14 June 2006 by Carolyn Briggs, Elder Spokesperson for the Boonerwrung. The artist will be present for the opening.
